All video lessons, learning materials, quizzes, audio content, and graphics available on Madrasa Hausa are the intellectual property of Madrasa Hausa and its educators.

• License: Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your personal learning.
• Restrictions: You may not record, redistribute, resell, share accounts, or reproduce any platform materials without prior written consent.

3 Payments & Refunds

Prices for courses and learning paths are displayed on the platform in Nigerian Naira (₦) or equivalent currency.

• Payments: All payments are processed securely via our supported payment gateways.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of immediate access content, course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or specified in special promotion terms.

4 Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

When participating in discussion groups, community spaces, or interacting with mentors, you agree NOT to:

• Post abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Distribute spam, promotional material, or unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform’s technical infrastructure.

5 Termination & Data Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access for violations of these Terms. You also reserve the right to close your account and request data removal at any time as detailed in our Account and Data Deletion Page.
